Capacity Building on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) for School Principals, School DRRM Coordinators, and Batang Emergency Response Team (BERT) Members

January 23 to 28, 2017, Malabon Elementary School

 In cooperation with World Vision Development Foundation, the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Unit of the School Governance and Operations Division conducted a training on disaster risk reduction and management (DRRM) for school heads, DRRM coordinators, and BERT members in two batches.

With the threat of major calamities hitting the country, 140 officials, teachers, and students were capacitated to handle and mitigate the effects of disaster.
